We lived in Texas and wanted to relocate for family to FL. I searched Google and looked on zillow to find the best of the best. I came across Yesenia on Instagram and loved her insight on the area and how she handles business. I messaged her and within the hour she called me with a plan and made it so simple to do from long distance. She arranged inspections, and appointments for us and represented us since we couldn't be there in person for much of the process. If it weren't for her we wouldn't be here as fast and easy as we are. I highly recommend Yesenia!! When buying a home you want your agent to be someone who is on point with the details and know things that you wouldn't know or anticipate. Thats Yesenia! She was prepared for everything and walked us through every detail and beyond. So greatful for her helping our family move quickly and painlessly from out of state!

We worked with Yesenia on our home search in PSL, specifically PGA Village. She is very professional, organized and engaging, even the sellers agents were complementing her communication skills and follow up. She had a packet with documentation of all the houses and important information about the house, taxes, HOA fees, etc. She took the time needed to help us explore the area and was available at short notice to show us more houses on a second day. I definitely recommend Yasenia if you’re looking to move to the Treasure Coast!
